Jennifer has a personal mission in life to help others and has not previously had the opportunity to help the LGBTQIA+ community in this way. She moved to York County in 2021 and is part of the LGBTQIA+ family so serving with the Rainbow Rose Center feels like home to her. She has spent the last several years working as a relationship coach with the LGBTQIA+ community and through that work she recognizes that our community faces many barriers to services. Between this understanding and her former professional experience building community programming, she is excited for the opportunity to enhance the organization's offering of programs.
