We are honored to share the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s official 2026 Pride Month Proclamation, issued by Governor Josh Shapiro. This proclamation recognizes the history, contributions, and ongoing fight for equality of LGBTQ+ Pennsylvanians, while also naming June 13, 2026, as York County Pride.
The Rainbow Rose Center has been informed of the York Revolution’s decision to forfeit tonight’s game while continuing to host Pride in the Park as a free community event.

This past weekend, I had the distinct pleasure of volunteering for York Pride! It was heartwarming to see my hometown all dressed in rainbow, celebrating the many things that make the 2SLGBTQIA+ community so great.
