Monthly Tabletop One-Shot: The Balance Of Tooth & Hand

Tuesday, January 6, 2026
6:00 pm8:00 pm

Stranded by fate and tide, you awaken on the shores of the Isle of Dinotopia at a moment when its long-standing balance between human and dinosaur stands on a knife’s edge. As fresh castaways, you must navigate unfamiliar cultures, towering creatures, and fragile alliances to decide who you trust, what you stand for, and where you ultimately fall within Dinotopia’s unforgiving food chain.

This two-hour D&D one-shot runs on January 6th from 6–8 pm and is facilitated by Tralidas’s Crifty Crafty, supported by the Rainbow Rose Center, and with generous sponsorship from the York County Community Foundation. No prior knowledge of Dinotopia is required, just a willingness to adapt, survive, and choose your place in a world where every decision matters.

The Balance of Tooth and Hand is inspired by the world of Dinotopia, originally created by artist and author James Gurney. This one-shot is a fan-created tabletop experience and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the original creator or publishers.
