The National LGBTQI+ Cancer Network producing a meaningful project in partnership with the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network.
The project consists of creating a series of video profiles to highlight the unique experiences of transgender individuals navigating cancer care—uplifting personal stories, barriers to affirming treatment, and the resilience of the community.
The group is looking nationally for transgender people at any stage of the cancer journey who are open to sharing their story. Filming will be arranged based on availability and location, and all participants will receive an honorarium.
