Rest and Rise For Pride
Join Riah for a gentle and supportive practice created to honor Pride, Community, and the Power of Coming Together. This class offers space to slow down, soften, and reconnect through mindful movement, breath and rest. Open to all levels.
The ask is $20 per person.
All proceeds go to the Rainbow Rose Center.
