Can’t Cancel Pride
Can’t Cancel Pride 2021 is a virtual event benefitting the LGBTQIA+ community. LGBTQIA+ individuals have always shown great bravery and resilience in the face of uncertainty. Pride represents passion, joy, color, and freedom, even in the presence of uncertainty and fear. And as always Pride must use its color, passion, and prevailing attitude to drive hope, distract from fear, and uncertainty and help us illuminate our days – just like we always have!
We get to do what we always do – shine bright and act as an example for all, showing that brighter days are not only coming – they are here! Join us for this amazing event and donate to help LGBTQIA+ organizations across the country!

June 12 The 5 Year Remembrance of Pulse
The National Discussion focused on The Tragedy at Pulse: 5 Years Later.
June 12 – 5:00PM ET
Followed by the National Moment of Silence on June 12 at 6:00pm ET
Honoring the memories of the lives cut short at Pulse five years ago—and the many other members of the LGBTQ+ community whose lives have been taken or forever changed by hate and violence—means taking action to strengthen our nation’s gun safety policies.
As we mark five years since the tragedy at Pulse nightclub, we must reflect on the progress made, grieve the lives taken, and recommit to honoring them with action. The time is NOW to act on gun violence and LGBTQ+ equality.

June 19 Pride Skate
Roller Goth (a not-for-profit organization) has been hosting private roller skating parties since 2018 and, for the first time, we are dedicating an event to LGBTQ Pride month. Above all, Roller Goth has always been about inclusion and providing a safe space for all regardless of age, race, religion, gender identification, sexual orientation, and the various disorders or conditions many of us struggle with from social anxiety to Autism. At our events, please feel free to just be yourself. No one is going to judge you here. We celebrate individuality.

June 26 Clothing Closet & Opera
Clothing Closet at Union Lutheran
Fashion is an important part of life. It can mean the difference between finding a job and being sidelined during an interview, between feeling confident and authentic and feeling out of place in your own skin. For members of the LGBTQIA+ community, finding clothing can be a huge challenge. We are more likely to struggle with self-worth, less likely to feel safe in clothing stores and changing rooms, and experience poverty at a higher rate than our peers. We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to find a look that reflects their inner selves in a safe and supportive environment.
Rainbow Rose Center will be hosting the first Clothing Closet on June 26 at Union Lutheran Church 408 W Market St, York, PA 17401 from 11:00am-5:00pm
