Non-Profit spaces are reserved for groups that are not selling products or services. This space is designated for non-profits, groups of friends, FREE health and community services, and similar organizations.

For-Profit spaces are for businesses selling wares or services on site as well as businesses and organizations soliciting future sales or clients.

An added "Processing and Administrative Fee" for $3.59 will be added to your invoice.
How many 10x10' spaces do you need?
The cost is per 10x10 space.
One 8' Table and Two Folding Chairs is provided for each 10x10' booth space.
Do you require electric for your booth?
Please provide your own extension cords.

By submitting this application, I acknowledge that I am agreeing to be a vendor at York County Pride. My application will be reviewed and, if accepted, I will pay the vending fee owed within 15 business days.

By submitting this application, I attest that I have read and understand the waiver below and agree to be bound by its terms.

York County Pride Waiver of Liability

The agreement to participate in York County Pride is made upon the express condition that the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the TO BE DETERMINED VENUE, the Rainbow Rose Center, York County Pride, and their board of directors and volunteers, hereinafter referred to as the Lessor, shall be free from all liabilities and claims for damages and/or suits for or by reason of any injury or injuries to any person or persons or property of any kind whatsoever, whether the person or property of Lessee, its agents or employees, or third persons, from any cause or causes whatsoever while in or upon said premises or any part thereof during the term of this agreement or occasioned by any occupancy or use of said premises or any activity carried on by lessee in connection therewith.

The Lessee hereby covenants and agrees to indemnify and save harmless the Lessor from all liabilities, charges, expenses (including counsel fees) and costs on account of or by reason of any such injuries, liabilities, claims, suits, or losses however occurring or damages growing out of same. The Lessee warrants and guarantees that Lessee is property insured for all time periods and places covered by this agreement. The Lessee agrees to assume all risks of loss, injury or damage of any kind or nature whatsoever to any building or other structure belonging to said Lessee, which may be now or hereafter placed upon all leased premises, and all risks of loss, injury, or damage of any kind or nature whatsoever to the contents of any building or structures, or to any goods, merchandise, chattels, or any other property now or that may hereafter be upon said leased premises, whether belonging to the Lessee or others, and whether such loss, injury from, fire, or other agency, and whether the same be caused by the negligence of the Lessor, or any of its volunteers or agents, or otherwise, and to save and keep harmless the Lessor from all claims and suits growing out of such loss, injury, or damage.
