X-WR-CALDESC:For Transgender Awareness Week\, November 13th-19th\, the Rain
 bow Rose Center will be holding a Name Change Workshop on Saturday\, Novem
 ber 18th. Similar to the last workshop that conducted in July\, people int
 erested in changing their legal name in York County should attend\, but th
 ey do not need to bring anything with them to participate. We will provide
  all necessary documentation\, walk them through the process for filling o
 ut the paperwork\, talk about the filing and fingerprinting process\, disc
 uss the waiver for publication\, and explain the hearing process. Those pl
 anning to come should understand this is a first-come-first-serve opportun
 ity\, but we will have multiple volunteers on site and multiple computers 
 to use.  Attendees are invited on a walk-in basis\, and should expect the 
 process to take about 20-30 minutes.
