 brates the LGBTQIA+ community in York County. York County Pride is the sig
 nature event of the Rainbow Rose Center.\n\nBorn out of the Equality Fest 
 events that celebrated the 2014 passage of marriage equality in Pennsylvan
 ia\, we encourage full inclusion of our citizens in all aspects of civic l
 ife. We join forces each year with like-minded organizations\, faith commu
 nities\, retailers\, artists\, politicians\, and committed citizens to cre
 ate a festival that builds connections\, raises awareness\, and inspires c
 ooperation and activism across the beautifully diverse citizenship of Sout
 h-Central PA.\n\nThe event features:\n\nInspiring speakers\nExciting perfo
 rmances and entertainment\nFully interactive children’s activities\nRetail
  vendors\nInformational and organizational messaging\nThis important event
  is the only one of its kind in York County and provides a safe space for 
 the LGBTQIA+ community to celebrate and for the community at large to come
  together to advance the mission of making York a welcoming place for all.
 \n\nWe welcome everyone to participate\, regardless of race\, age\, religi
 on\, sexual orientation\, gender identity or gender expression\, mental or
  physical ability\, and social or economic status.\n\nThis FREE family-fri
 endly event features a variety of performers\, vendors\, and fun for all a
 ges!\n\nWe are proudly Tobacco Free and all our events are SMOKE & VAPE FR
 EE. We aim to create a healthier and longer-lived community. We do not acc
 ept sponsorship or vending applications from tobacco\, vaping\, cigarette\
 , or other similar companies.
